By accessing or using the Volt Media LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Volt Media LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), web design, social media management, and AI automation solutions. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets as required
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Volt Media LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volt Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. No Guarantees on Results

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
